El Porteño Gourmet was born from the collaboration of entrepreneurs Fabio Acampora and the brothers Sebastian and Alejandro Bernardez with Paolo Catoni and Martino Corti of HotelSolutions, located at Via Speronari 4.
Angus Fiori Architects oversaw the projects for the realization of El Porteño Gourmet, whose restaurant activities will seamlessly integrate with the hospitality services provided to Speronari Suites’ clients.
The gastronomic offering begins with an unwavering focus on the quality of the raw ingredients and naturally reflects the best of Argentine cuisine tradition, albeit with necessary reinterpretations and innovations such as the introduction of pastas for the first time, salmon, and salads.
